Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your products from MAO Creative. However if you are not entirely happy, please notify us to arrange a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please send an email to hello@maocreative.studio with the item and order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: Returns on smaller paper products (e.g. greeting cards) are generally not accepted unless there is an error on our part or you receive a defective product. We do our best to deliver top-quality products to you, but in the event that we make a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Return Shipping
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping on undamaged products. We encourage you to mail returns back with tracking information as we can't issue refunds on items that don't find their way back to us.
For damaged/wrongly delivered goods, we are happy to cover return shipping costs for customers in Lagos. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage from other parts of Nigeria and the rest of the world.
Refunds
If your refund request has been accepted, you will be automatically refunded in store credit or your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card processing company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions
Sale items and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
