Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Processing times are not factored into estimated delivery time indicated at checkout.
During sales and high volume periods processing time could take up to 3-4 business days.

Shipping and Tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location. Tracking details will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.

For domestic orders, shipping takes 1-3 business days within Lagos, and up to 5 business days for the rest of Nigeria. 
International orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.

Please Note: Shipping is handled by third-party logistics companies, therefore, we cannot cancel or recall your order after it has been dispatched. Please ensure you give us the correct delivery details to avoid delays.

There may be delays in delivery due to bad weather, public holidays, government declared business shut-down days, periods of civil unrest, and many other factors that are out of our control. Please keep this in mind as you await your delivery, and know that we are doing our best to ensure that your goods reach you in good time.

We deliver everywhere within Nigeria, and to the following countries:

  • United States of America
  • United Kingdom

Pick-Ups
The regular processing time of 1-2 days applies for local pick-ups from our studio in Lekki, Lagos. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
For urgent pick-ups, please contact us to confirm that the item is available for a same day pick-up.

International Orders - Customs Charges
Import duties, taxes, and other associated charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs and/or local postal office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse to pay the customs fees and charges at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

By placing an international order, you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If your package is seized and/or destroyed by customs, MAO Creative cannot be held responsible for the product or shipping losses, and we will be unable to offer you a refund on either the item or shipping cost.

Item Not Delivered? 
Please email hello@maocreative.studio with your order number and we'll follow up with the delivery company. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
