'Ilarun' from the Nostalgia Collection. Ilarun is a wooden 3-toothed comb traditionally used to part hair for weaving. Young girls of school age would typically go to the open market on Saturdays and Sundays to have their hair woven by older women before school the following week.
The Nostalgia collection of patterns, prints, and stationery was inspired by memories of growing up in Lagos State in the 90s, when we still lived in a largely analogue world.
